Kale Slaw
Dressing
1 Organic Egg
2 teaspoons of Celery Seed
1 tablespoon of Spicy Brown Mustard
½ teaspoon of Himalayan or Sea Salt
½ cup of Cider Vinegar
1 ½ cups of Safflower, Coconut or Light Olive Oil
Combine all the ingredients except the oil on a blender. While blending on high speed, slowly drizzle in the oil. Refrigerate when done.
Just before serving, lightly dress shredded or finely chopped kale, shredded carrots and thinly sliced red onion. Toss well and serve.
