Jalapeno and Lime Hummus
Makes about 3 cups
Ingredients:
1 15 oz can chilled chickpeas or garbanzo beans, drained, rinsed
Juice of one large fresh lime
3 Cloves fresh garlic
2 heaping tablespoons jarred jalapenos, drained
1-2 teaspoons fresh cilantro leaves
Pinch of cumin, to taste
Red pepper flakes, to taste
Pinch of sea salt, to taste
Directions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve chilled.
