If these tissues aren’t working properly, your immune response suffers and you get sick more often than you should.
The final concept necessary to create the healthy lifestyle you deserve is moving well. Moving well consists of strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health and living a pain free existence. To take control of this concept you must have some sort of regular exercise program in place. Exercise means different things to different people. The bottom line is to have your heart rate elevated for at least thirty minutes five to six times a week. Whatever activity you can come up with to accomplish this is totally up to you.
